- We only collect what you choose to send us through our contact form or by email or phone.
- We use it to reply to you and to talk about working together. That's all.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to email or text lists.
- We don't use advertising pixels or analytics tracking on this website.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- Your campaign or organization, if you provide it
- The topic you select and the message you write
If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.
Like nearly every website, the services that host and deliver this site automatically receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. They use it to deliver the page, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We don't use that information to identify or track you.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to:
- Read and reply to your message
- Talk with you about a possible engagement
- Keep a record of our correspondence with you
We don't use it for marketing, we don't add you to email or text lists, and we don't combine it with voter files or other data to build a profile of you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website for us, and only so they can provide that service:
- Wix.com hosts this website and stores contact form submissions and our contact records.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces this site uses. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies, analytics tracking or social media pixels on this website.
When you send a message, the contact form briefly requests a one-time visitor token from Wix so the message can be delivered. If you pause the site's background animations, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. Neither is used to track you.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email info@southbridgepoliticalpartners.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
Our website and form are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and submissions are stored with our hosting provider. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal details, such as bank or Social Security numbers, through the contact form.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top of the page.
